The amondos way
Our Story
Amondos was born on the front line.
Motivated by a conviction to help and empower people, our roots in the community services sector stem from providing support to our most vulnerable youth. What started as a conviction to serve our community soon grew into a passion for the next generation.
A thriving hunger to mentor and positively impact more people led to the creation of what you now know as Amondos. Paired with witnessing firsthand the negative outcomes of poor, unengaged care, we were inspired to build our team of passionate and enthusiastic support workers with a genuine calling to serve the vulnerable people in our community.
Being a support worker means being truly present, being prepared to support through the tough times and celebrating the progress made along the way
To this day, these are still the characteristics that we seek to hire and endeavour to reflect as a team.
Our ability to instil self-belief, pride and confidence in people is an honour that we do not take lightly and one that we hope we will be able to share with your organisation and clients.
